Our Fourth Appreciation Day

We were rained out on our original event date of May 7 . . . even our tarps and rain gear would not have helped.  Not to disappoint the students, we had preset an event rain date and everything proceeded as originally scheduled with some adjustments.  This extremely rainy spring was definitely helpful for the Little Plover River and its trout population--and it provided students with the opportunity to view a quickly moving stream.  It's hard to believe--to date over 520 fourth grade students learning first hand.
